Conditions of participation - competition

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. The organiser of the competition is Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram or TikTok and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram or TikTok. Instagram and TikTok are not available as contacts for prediction games and competitions. Legal recourse is excluded. All information and data provided by or collected from participants through the use of the competition application or during the competition will only be provided to Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH and not to Instagram or TikTok.
2. All persons aged 18 and over may participate. Employees of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH as well as their relatives and business partners are excluded. Participation in the competition takes place by following the respective social media page of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. The postal service is excluded. We reserve the right to exclude participants who enter the competition via a fake profile. Entries via competition services or programmes/scripts will not be entered into the competition.
3. The prize includes one of three Advent calendars per social media platform, selected at random.
4. Participation in our competition is independent of an order. A simultaneous order does not affect your chance of winning. The prizes will be raffled off among all eligible competition participants in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Participants from other countries within the EU will not be entered into the prize draw.
5. Closing date for entries is 19.11.2024, 10:00 am.
6. The winners will be chosen at random and then notified by direct message.
7. A customer number will be created for winners who have not yet been a customer of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. If a winner has not responded to the prize notification within two days, Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH reserves the right to draw replacement winners. In such a case, the original winner is not entitled to the prize.
8. Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notice.
9. The provisions of data protection are observed. No data will be passed on to third parties.
10. All participants recognise these conditions. Legal recourse and cash payment of prizes is excluded. The prize is not transferable to third parties.
