A broken fingernail was the origin of an idea. The success story began in 1992 as the result of a vacation idea by Stefan and Birgit Hinz. Initially, the couple processed just 5 parcels a day from their own garage. Today, with over 250 employees, this has grown to around 80,000 consignments per month.
