Competition conditions of participation

Terms and Conditions – Instagram competition

By participating in the Instagram competition, the participant accepts the following conditions.

1. The organizer of the giveaway is Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram in any way.
2. All persons aged 18 and over may participate. Employees of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH as well as their relatives and business partners are excluded. Participation in the giveaway is done by following the Instagram page of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. Postal entries are excluded. We reserve the right to exclude participants who participate in the giveaway using a fake Instagram profile. Entries via giveaway services or through programs/scripts will not participate in the giveaway.
3. The prize includes one of 3 Jolifin advent calendars.
4. Participation in our giveaway is independent of placing an order. A simultaneous order does not affect your chances of winning. The prizes will be drawn among all eligible giveaway participants in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Participants from other countries within the EU will not participate in the draw.
5. The deadline for participation is November 12, 2025, 6:00 PM.
6. The winner will be determined by drawing lots and will subsequently be notified via direct message.
7. For winners who were not yet customers of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH, a customer number will be created. Should a winner not respond to the winning notification within 2 days, Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH reserves the right to draw replacement winners. In such a case, the original winner's claim to the prize will be forfeited.
8. Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions even without prior notice.
9. Data protection regulations will be observed. No data will be passed on to third parties.
10. This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram in any way. Instagram is not available as a contact for betting games and giveaways. Legal recourse is excluded. All information and data communicated or collected from participants through the use of the giveaway application or during the competition will be provided only to Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH and not to Instagram.
11. All participants acknowledge these conditions. Legal recourse as well as cash payment of prizes is excluded. The prize is not transferable to third parties.
