Conditions of participation - Instagram competition

By participating in the Instagram competition, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. The organizer of the competition is Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram.
2. All persons aged 18 and over may take part. Employees of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH as well as their relatives and business partners are excluded. Participation in the competition takes place by following the Instagram page of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. The postal service is excluded. We reserve the right to exclude participants who enter the competition via a fake Instagram profile. Entries via competition services or programs/scripts will not be entered into the competition.
3. The prize includes a product set of various Jolifin products.
4. Participation in our competition is independent of an order. A simultaneous order does not affect your chance of winning. The prizes will be raffled off among all eligible competition participants in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Participants from other countries within the EU will not be entered into the prize draw.
5. The closing date for entries is 23.05.2025, 18:00.
6. The winner will be chosen by drawing lots and then notified by direct message.
7. A customer number will be created for winners who have not yet been a customer of Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH. If a winner has not responded to the prize notification within 2 days, Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH reserves the right to draw replacement winners. In such a case, the original winner is no longer entitled to the prize.
8. Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notice.
9. The provisions of data protection are observed. Data will not be passed on to third parties.
10. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. Instagram is not available as a contact for prediction games and competitions. Legal recourse is excluded. All information and data provided by or collected from participants through the use of the competition application or during the competition will only be provided to Pretty Nail Shop 24 GmbH and not to Instagram.
11. All participants accept these conditions. Legal recourse and cash payment of prizes is excluded. The prize is not transferable to third parties.
